Conducted within a state-of-the-art private facility, teams benefit from a dedicated 60-minute session led by elite strength and conditioning coaches. The session initiates with essential performance assessments. These evaluations not only help gauge current capabilities but also allow us to tailor coaching strategies to meet both individual and collective team objectives. Participants can anticipate a blend of gym-based workouts, on-field exercises, and a range of specialized speed drills. As each session concludes, a structured recovery regimen ensures optimal recuperation.
