Unlock your child’s potential — physically and mentally — with our unique Strength & Conditioning programme, designed specifically for young athletes aged 9–15 (Train separately)
Each session encourages experimentation and growth, helping young athletes discover what their bodies are capable of through movement-based play, teamwork, and proper technique.
We offer two age-specific classes tailored to developmental needs:
Juniors (Ages 9–12):
🕒 Tuesdays from 2nd sept @5-6pm
– Learn foundational movement patterns
– Explore physical coordination through games and team challenges
– Build confidence in a fun, movement-focused environment
Teens (Ages 13–15):
🕒 Tuesday from 2nd sept @6-7pm
– Introduction to safe weightlifting techniques
– Improving speed mechanics
– Build on the foundational movements patterns
