Strength & Conditioning is the foundation of improving physical and mental wellbeing and our unique coaching is tailored for children and teenagers
Within the class, the athletes will be exposed to environments where they can experiment with different movement patterns and learn fundamental techniques that are cruical in later years and for everyday life. They will learn to lift weights safely, build knowledge on speed techniques and learn new movements in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
